The Pitchfork Ranch is 100% low-fenced.  All rifle trophy deer hunts are spot-and-stalk.  This is a real hunting adventure.  All quail and other game birds are 100% wild.  No pen-raised critters here!!!!

The drought from October 2017 through August 2018 drastically reduced quail numbers and deer antler development.  We cancelled all quail hunts.  Whitetail antler growth seemed to be affected more than mule deer.
